Please be aware that due to Covid-19 some deliveries are taking longer than usual. This can vary geographically due to Royal Mail staffing, etc. So please allow extra time for your order to arrive in good time.
Delivering chocolate when outside temperatures are higher than that of the average UK summer can be risky and we cannot be held responsible for any chocolates that have been heat-damaged.
Currently in the process of changing from Hermes Courier to another courier. In the mean time I will be using Royal Mail. Choose 1st Class for a speedy delivery (1-2 days) £3.99 or 2nd Class for a slightly slower option (2-3 days) £3.34 . These options are not tracked. I aim to get your chocolates out for delivery in 2-3 days after they have been ordered.
Please let us know before placing your order if you require the chocolates to be posted abroad. We can then decide upon the best way to have them posted.
Delivery charges are dependent on the destination, country and the size of the order. If orders are shipped outside the UK, customs’ charges and taxes may apply for which you will need to pay directly.
We are unable to offer any returns on perishable foods, such as chocolate. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us via email email@example.com.
