Chunky luxurious Milk Belgian Chocolate fruit and nut shards. A mixture of roasted and some caramelised whole hazelnuts, to give a satisfying crunch. The fruit I have chosen is dried juicy jewelled cranberries with sweet jumbo raisons. A creamy textured shard with a zinging fruit hit.
The story behind this idea came about from a challenge made by my future brother-in-law-to-be, who is a fruit and nut chocolate fan. The gauntlet that he threw down was to make a better version to a well known bar. The challenge was taken up, and this is the result which proved a great success to my discerning new family member.
Presented in a resealable and recyclable pouch. Can be reused after eating the chocolate or recycled.
