By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions in full – please read carefully.

General


This website is operated by POD Chocolate Experiences. All purchases made on this website are governed by these terms and conditions. All goods are sold subject to the condition that they will not be re-sold or otherwise circulated without our prior written consent. We sell to end-user consumers only.

Ordering


When ordering, please fill out the form carefully and accurately – we cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise from incorrect information supplied to us. Once an order has been made and payment has been received we will confirm via email. Orders must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched. Our acceptance brings into existence a legally binding contract to supply the goods in accordance with those terms and conditions.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via email.

We can accept amendments or cancellation of your purchase within 24 hrs of placing the order, after which time we will not be obliged to make any refunds. Once the order has been despatched we regret that no amendment or cancellation can be accepted.

Please be aware the right of withdrawal of 8 days does not apply to the supply of perishable goods.

Our prices are subject to change and are shown in British sterling inclusive of VAT (20%). See the Delivery/Returns page for more detail.

Bespoke Orders (Business/Corporate)


We will need the company’s permission to use your artwork and logos for the purposes of printing and fulfilling the order. Where bespoke artwork has been requested and approved and the order subsequently cancelled by the business/corporate purchaser, a payment of 60% of the invoice value of the products must be paid to us (POD Chocolate Experiences).

Allergens


Unfortunately, none of our products can be guaranteed nut-free.
All our chocolates contain Soya lecithin.
Our milk and white chocolate contains Milk powder, our dark chocolate may contain Milk.

Please be aware that some of our chocolates contain Nuts, Gluten, Milk products, Sesame and Sulphites.

All ingredients used in the provision of the services may contain traces of nuts or nut products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude our liability to you for any allergies or other reactions to nuts, nut products, lactose, soya beans or other food products which may arise.

Experiences


Due to our current situation regarding Covid-19, all POD Chocolate Experiences have been put on hold until we receive notification of any changes made by the Government. In the meantime, here are our Terms & Conditions:-

Bookings


Bookings for our Experiences must be made via email, podexperiences@gmail.com, and paid for in advance in full.  

Guest Restrictions


Certain activities are only suitable for specific age groups and these age restrictions must be adhered to. We cannot supply the sale of alcohol to or consumption by persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request valid proof of age identification before allowing you to attend an Experience. Smoking is prohibited during the Experience. Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years). Non-paying spectators are not eligible to attend the Experience unless authorised by POD Chocolate Experiences in advance.

Travelling


When travelling to your external venue, POD Chocolate Experiences will endeavour to arrive in good  time before the agreed start time of the Experience. However, there may be times in which we are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In this instant, POD Chocolate Experiences cannot compensate for losses.

Insurance


POD Chocolate Experiences has a valid Certificate of Professional Indemnity Insurance and the appropriate Public Liability cover in place. Further details can be provided.

Cancellation

 
In the event that the client wishes to cancel the booking, monies may be refunded (including decreasing in number of participants) as follows: Less than 14 days prior to event, 0% refund;  between 14-28 days prior to event, 50% refund; 28 days prior to event, 80% refund of monies paid. Experiences have a set start and finish time and we ask that you please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the commencement of the Experience. An increase to guests’ numbers must be advised a minimum of 48hrs prior to commencement of Experience. We regret we cannot offer extra time or reimbursement for latecomers or no shows.  

Marketing


POD Chocolate Experiences reserves the right to take and retain any photographs of any guests who participate in our experiences and may publish these on any of our marketing channels.

Satisfaction Guarantee


If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase we will guarantee that we will put it right for you either by replacing or refunding as appropriate. We want you to be completely satisfied and will make good any mistakes we may have inadvertently made in whatever way we can. Your faith in our ability to provide you with high quality chocolate products is of the utmost importance to us and your custom is greatly appreciated.
